Based in Lusaka, I have a Master's Degree in International Development. I held a Global Portfolio with VVOB. I have extensive experience working through governments to achieve scale and sustainability of interventions. I also have extensive experience in designing, managing and implementing development and educational projects, both at Pre-and In – Service. I have led mixed teams, both local and expatriates, of up to 26 people, and with up to 4 field offices. Over the years I have successfully implemented programmes in collaboration and in partnership with government entities at all levels, as well as with bilateral development agencies and international. Of note, I oversaw a successful pilot implementation of a contextualised version of the evidence based remedial Teaching at the Right Level, currently being rolled out to 5500 schools. I have a track record of partnership development and fundraising and am on the local boards of Impact Network, Lubuto Library, Chance4All and Let’s Build.
