Claire Chua is a principal of Quantedge Foundation, a philanthropic organisation that aims to bring impactful solutions to global social and environmental challenges.

In Singapore, the Foundation focuses on improving social mobility, combating inter-generational poverty, and ecosystem building efforts. Claire also works on early childhood development, education, vocational training, and climate change action in Southeast Asia.

Prior to this, Claire has over fifteen years of public administration experience, with portfolios in public housing, public finance and organisational transformation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics (Finance) and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
