Kathleen has spent her career at the forefront of technology and innovation, building businesses across five continents as (former) President of Technology Review. Today she focuses on AI education, digital transformation, sustainable fashion, and strategic organizational design. As Executive Director of the MIT Center for Collective Intelligence, she collaborates on Supermind Design to innovate how people and technology are organized. At MIT Open Learning, she leads MIT Horizon, a platform for scaling AI and emerging tech training. Kathleen is also a venture partner at Good Growth Capital, supporting technology founders, and previously helped launch The Engine and MIT Solve. She frequently speaks at global conferences, serves on the Eisenhower Fellowships selection committees, and mentors for MIT DesignX. Her accolades include the Folio: 40 list and being named one of Boston's Most Influential Women by the Women of the Harvard Club.
