Teacher Lili is cofounder and director at Colegio La Fontaine, a K-12 school that gives access to bilingual education to 350 children and youth from one of the most vulnerable communities of Cali, Colombia known as Siloé. She has been teaching English for over 15 years. Currently she is leading a project funded by the Colombian government to teach English at the youth prisons of the southwest of the country. In 2016 she was chosen among +4000 young entrepreneurs to become a fellow of the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative, launched by former president Barak Obama. She is also a One Young World Ambassador. Her school has received national and international recognition for their innovative educational model for change. She holds a bachelor in English and French Education and a MA in Social Innovation.
