Mokshada possesses over a decade of experience in using innovative research and data science approaches to improve the performance of health programs and products. She has a particular passion for designing tools and solutions that are user-centric, simple to adopt and scale, and catalytic to existing intervention efforts. She has worked closely with governments, policymakers, public and private organizations, and communities. As a Director of Global Health at Surgo Health, Mokshada leads Surgo’s global portfolio focused on Maternal and Newborn Health, Reproductive Health, Community Health Workers, Tuberculosis and Direct-to-Consumer Digital Tools.
Previously, Mokshada took on various roles within the BMGF supported Uttar Pradesh Technical Support Unit, University of Manitoba. Her roles have involved designing research, conducting quantitative analysis to inform intervention strategy, designing data-driven tools for government decision-making, and contributing to knowledge translation. Mokshada has a master’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
