With 19 years of experience across the private and development sector, Sriram leads global philanthropic and government partnerships at The/Nudge Institute, and has been a member of The/Nudge’s leadership team since its inception in 2015. At The/Nudge, he has led community mobilisation for vocational programs, fundraising from foundations, corporates and government besides contributing to the organisation's overall strategy, operations, people practices and culture. Prior to The/Nudge, Sriram led community mobilization and self-sustainability at Amnesty International, India for 4 years.

Sriram is a mentor at India Leaders for Social Sector, Board Member at Eastern Himalayan Foundation and along with his partner, a signatory of a giving pledge - "Living My Promise."

Sriram is an alumnus of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
